Steps to Download a file via FTP2SF

To download file via FTP2SF application follow the steps below, with Site selection enabled:

• To download file from application select the site you want download file.
• If you want download file from a directory traverse to the directory (again this depends on whether your SF admin/developer has given you the permission to do so) you want to download file .
• Click on the file name to download the file to the local machine.
• The application will ask location to save the file and after you click on save file will be downloaded and can be opened from saved location.
