Security

• We take data security seriously. FTP2SF uses encryption protocols to ensure the secure transfer of data between Salesforce and the destination server. We cannot access or read the data during or after the transfer due to this encryption.
• The sites/services used are clients own, established and controlled by the client (e.g your own FTP Server, Azure Bob, AWS S3 Bucket or DropBox). Access to these services is provided only for the duration of an operation.
• We do not provide a file storage solution and comply with GDPR standards as a file transmission service (not storage). Our services operate for the duration of the request/response and there is no data storage at rest.
• Data Transmission is provided by Salesforce utilising HyperForce (Salesforce on AWS) services and by AWS, connecting to the required service from a nominated Region and static IP Address.

  We do not store any data transferred through FTP2SF. Your data is transferred directly between your Salesforce instance and your chosen destination, such as an FTP or SFTP server, Azure Blob, AWS S3, DropBox or Sharepoint (MS Graph).
  We do not retain copies of the data you transfer.

  AppGenie does not use your data for any purposes. Your data is only used as intended, to facilitate the transfer between Salesforce and your chosen destination. We do not analyze, process, or utilize your data in any way.

• We charge on a per company / Instance basis. Three tiers of pricing, depending on the size of the company (# of Salesforce licences in the instance)
• Licenses 1 - 50 - $99 USD per month (charged annually $1188)*.
• Licenses 51- 200 - $199 USD per month (charged annually $2388)*.
• Licenses 201+ - $299 USD per month (charged annually $3588)*.
• We provide free support for the first 30 days (limited to 2 x 1 hour sessions). Rates for any additional support or customization are $100 USD per hour.
• Data Pricing: The monthly license is inclusive of data up/down to 10GB inclusive. Any data over 10GB will be charged on a calendar month basis at a rate of 10c per additional GB.
• Up to 10GB per month - $ no cost.
• Each additional 1GB - 10c USD each.
• The vast majority of clients do not pay excess data since they do not reach or exceed 10GB per month. With that said, the FTP2SF is robust and performative. We have clients transmitting in excess of 3 Terrabytes per month.
• Data Storage Comparison - Significant Savings: Salesforce® typically charges $125 per month for 500mb of additional storage data (using FTP2SF this is reduced to 20c). For 2020mb, a business could pay $500+ to store a single month’s worth of data (using FTP2SF this is reduced to 20c + your normal cost for supporting your own FTP, SFTP, S3, Azure Blob infrastructure).

We will charge the nominated card for the annual subscription amount, as well as any monthly data.
The subscription and payment method can be maintained by logging into your Stripe™ account.
Please be sure to keep your credit card details up-to-date as failed payments can cause data transfers to cease.

* The subscriptions will roll over each and every year on the renew date (being 12 months from original subscription date). In order to opt-out for the renewal, the subscription must be cancelled within Stripe™ at least 28 days before the renew date. Payment credentials can be maintained from within Stripe™ at any time.

• The trial package will operate as a fully functional version at no-cost for 14 days. Data up/down is capped to 5GB in this trial. The trial package will cease to function after 14 days. You will receive an alert 4 days prior to the expiration.
